6 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into 36 small pieces
36 Small Apple Wedges (from 1 apple)
3 Tbs Sliced Almonds, toasted
Fresh Chives, cut into 1-inch pieces for garnish (optional)
Directions

1. Preheat broiler with oven rack 4 to 5 inches from source of heat. Top crackers with turkey, folding as necessary; place cheese over turkey.

 

2. Broil 1 minute or until cheese begins to melt. Top with apple wedges and nuts; garnish with chives, if desired.
